During our initial consultation, we will examine the condition of your property and discuss how to increase its rental potential. If you want to be able to charge a higher rental amount and attract highly qualified candidates, this consultation is a vital step in the process. Once the home is ready to rent, we’ll launch a marketing campaign that includes:

•    Prominent presence on the local MLS
•    Professional photography for rentals over $3,000
•    FOR RENT signs
•    Storefront exposure
•    Email blasts to broker community
•    Social networking (Facebook, Twitter, Craig’s List)

Our office will schedule and track all showing appointments, and your dedicated sales partner will report to you on all feedback and interest.

When we find a prospective renter, we’ll review the application, credit report, and other relevant documents with you. Upon acceptance, we’ll execute a rental/lease agreement, collect all appropriate fees (broker’s fees, security deposit, and first-month’s rent), coordinate move-in logistics, and hand all original documents and funds to you.
