Why real estate?
My first "real" job was with a software development company in Reston, Virginia. After 6 months I decided I hated computers and 6 months later I was out of that job! I happened to meet a top producing Realtor in Washington D.C. and he needed help with running his business. I stepped into the position for a short time and that's when the real estate bug bit! Afterwards, I started working in the wireless industry and discovered I was a pretty great sales person. This career lasted about 6 years. As the technology started to plateau with the release of the iPhone, I wanted to get out. I signed up for the real estate licensing course and when I passed the test (on my first try), I jumped head first and I have been in love with my career ever since!
